Cooling system assembly

To reduce noise and for comfortable flights a cooling system is installed, which cools the air inside the air ducts using cold water running through the turning vanes. The assembly of the Tokyo cooling system is in progress.

Tokyo Building complete

The construction of the concrete building in Tokyo has been finished. Soon the scaffold will be removed and the installation of equipment will begin.

Air Duct Unloading

Parts of the air dict arrrived to Japan. They are made of smooth and thick fiber-reinforced plastic sandwich, resulting in the reduced drag and noise.

Middle levels of concrete in the Tokyo wind-tunnel are ready. The circle in the center is where the glass flight chamber will be installed.

The bottom level of concrete complete

The bottom level of the concrete building of the Tokyo tunnel is almost finished. The platform with the workers in the center is where the confusor will be installed and through which the air-stream will run upwards to the flight chamber.
