Low Emissivity (Low-E) glass is designed for optimal thermal performance, making it ideal for applications where temperature regulation is critical. By blocking UV rays and providing superior insulation, Low-E glass enhances energy efficiency. This is achieved through a specialized thin metallic or oxide coating that minimizes the transmission of short-wave solar energy while retaining long-wave heat generated indoors by heating and lighting systems.

Single Silver Low-E
