Silk-screened ceramic enamel frit products provide building designers with creative and customizable options for both exterior and interior glass using standard or custom patterns in a range of colors. It’s available as monolithic, in insulating glass units, or as laminated glass.
Silk-screened decorative glass is custom-made by transferring a design onto glass, which is then processed through a tempering furnace. Standard patterns like dots, lines, or full coverage are available, along with custom designs. Depending on the pattern and color, the glass can be transparent, translucent, or opaque.
Tunnel Tech offers silk-screened glass for various applications. Light frit colors can enhance brightness indoors, while darker colors reduce glare. Applications include glass doors, partitions, handrails, ceilings, floors, bathrooms, elevator walls, shower enclosures, court walls, and sneeze guards.
